INTRUDUCTION
XWCH as a predominant Mould maker from Shenzhen city of China and we have experience of over 20 years. Our unit is established in 2005 and covered 1200С. We are major supplier of Injection Moulds and Die casting tools for various commodities majority of which are Automotive sector & Medical Device.
We have done many automotive projects for Nissan, Renault, Toyota, Ford, Mahindra, Suzuki , Hyundai, Sumi-Motherson and many other esteemed customers.
We are manufacturing all types of moulds suitable from 40 Tons to 1500 Tons in capacity and multi cavities up to 32 cavities. We have efficient project management team who are qualified tooling engineers and experienced in materials, manufacturing and design over 15 years.
We have tie ups with various global suppliers like ASSAB & LKM for steels,YUDO & MOLDMASTERS for hot runners, MISUMI & HASCO for accessories suppliers and many more.
